Narrow Cold Rolled Mild Steel, Medium and High Carbon steel manufactured by VNS INDUSTRIES Pvt. Ltd as an ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 9001-2008 certified Indian Company manufacturing Narrow Cold Rolled Mild Steel, Medium and High Carbon Steel (Up to C80).
We also process Hot Rolled Skin Pass material with thickness in range of 1.20 to 8.00 mm, up to 450 mm width depending upon the thickness. These strips are produced from Hot Rolled material according to exact needs of individual customers in different grades viz. 'D”, 'DD', 'EDD' and other grades required by the customer.
Our product range of CRCA materials are as under:
Width : 5 mm to 450 mm
Thickness : 0.10 mm to 5.00 mm
Coil Weight : 2 Kgs – 8 Kgs/mm of strip width
Coil Dimension : ID 400 / 450 & 500 mm, OD 1300 mm Surface Finish : Bright / Matt
In High Strength Low Alloy Steel - E 34 / E 38 / E46 / Fe 410 /Fe 510/ 16MnCr5 / 50 CrV4 and SCM 435, we manufacture in thickness up to 0.50 mm and in width above 8.00 mm and also we can develop special grade as per customer requirements.
In Medium & High Carbon – C 30 / C 45 / C 50 / C 55 / C 62 / C 75 / C 80, we manufacture now 0.15 to 5 mm depends upon grade & thickness.
We also supply SPCC 440/ JSC 440 /SAPH 440 / SPFH 590 /CR / HR / GP in standard coil / standard sheet and as per customers requirement. We can also give in slitted form, narrow width strip, as well as in coil form.
Other steel items viz. Plates, Structural Steels, Galvanized Colour coated coil / sheet, Torque steel, Round steel etc. are also supplied as per customers requirement.
Our supply range of Cold Rolled Coils / sheets( D / DD / EDD Grade ) is thickness between 0.30 –3.00 mm, width between 900 - 1500 mm.
Our Supply range of Hot Rolled Coils/Sheet is thickness above 1.20 mm, width between 900 to 2000 mm and length and grade as required by customers. We also have facility to supply pickled material in above range.
