· 💰 Gross SGST Refund (GST on Maharashtra Sales):
100% for MSME units and 100% for Special Large Scale Industries (SLSI) for the approved incentive period.
· 🏭 Capital Subsidy (Thrust Sector – MSME):
50% of eligible machinery cost, subject to ₹25 Crore or 20% of eligible cost, whichever is lower.
· 📉 Interest Subsidy (MSME):
Up to 5% per annum, maximum ₹1 Crore per year.
· ⚡Electricity Duty Exemption:
100% exemption for Export Oriented Units (minimum 50% exports) and Women / SC-ST / PwD owned units for the incentive period.
· 📜 Stamp Duty Exemption:
50% exemption on first land purchase / lease / conveyance deed.
· 🏗️ SLSI Incentive Cap:
Up to 40% of Fixed Capital Investment for 7 years.
· 🚀 Mega & Ultra-Mega Projects:
Incentives offered through customized packages, approved on a case-to-case basis.
